Alice Jaeger

Jaeger, Alice, 73, of Norfolk, VA, on April 1, 2006 in a local hospital. Mrs. Jaeger was a native and long time resident of Bergenfield, NJ until she and her husband, Chris, retired to Norfolk, VA. She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Chesapeake and a former active member of Clinton Ave. Reformed Church in Bergenfield. Her other activities included Zonta International of Hampton Roads, Zonta International of Teaneck-Bergenfield (Tea Bags) and the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Christopher J. Jaeger, Sr.; her children, Laurie A. Jaeger and husband Bill Wigle of TX, Christopher J. Jaeger, Jr. and wife Terry Lee; her grandson, Harrison Jaeger and her sister Charlotte Tokarzewski, all of NJ. There will be a graveside service on Thursday at 11 AM at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ. The family will receive friends on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Riewerts Memorial Home Inc. 187 So. Washington Bergenfield, NJ.
