Ann T. Appel

Ann T. Appel, 75, passed away at home on Saturday, July 25th, 2009, surrounded by her loving family. Ann's generosity and sense of humor touched those who were fortunate enough to know her. She will now rejoin her husband, Ronald, to be reunited in heaven. Affectionately know as "Nan" to her grandchildren, she was an inspiration to everyone. Always willing to help others, while never asking for anything in return. Her wisdom and creative 'nicknames' for her friends and family will live on forever. Devoted mother of Karen Langschultz-Brown and her husband Edward Brown and Ronald W. Appel, Jr. and his companion Elizabeth M. Swanson. Dear sister of Thomas Lynch. Loving grandmother of Joseph and his wife Olga and Christofer Langschultz and Alyssa M. Appel. The funeral will leave Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield on Wednesday at 9:30AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10AM. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Hackensack. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
