Anthony S. Ciampo

Anthony S. Ciampo, 84, on October 13, 2009 of New Milford. Born in Lodi, he was an import/export manager for Associated Merchandise Corp, New York, NY retiring in 1991. An Army Veteran of WWII, he was a founding parishioner of R.C. Church of the Ascension, New Milford, and a member of St. Anne's Council#2853 K of C, Fair Lawn and Lt. Louis J. Faller Post #4290 V.F.W., New Milford. Beloved husband of Joan (nee Holst). Devoted father of William, Mary and her husband Ronald Ghilino, Joan and her husband Thomas Piersa and Susan and her husband Matthew Sammon. Loving grandfather of Andrew, John and Katherine Ghilino and Susan and Catherine Piersa. The funeral will leave Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield on Saturday at 9AM for the Funeral Mass at Church of the Ascension, New Milford at 9:30AM. Interment Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
