Antoinette Brenna Walsh was born on May 25, 1937 to Italian immigrants, Stella and Michele (Michael) Brenna. She was the younger sister of Mary Napolitano Toni and they grew up in the Bronx, NY. At the age of 22, Antoinette married Vincent Walsh and later became the mother of four children…Michael, Donna, Douglas and Vincent…all 4 kids, her pride and joy!
Family and friends were very important to Antoinette. She enjoyed the company of others and given the chance, she would cook for them, especially her Italian meals! La pizza dolce (Italian cheesecake) was a favorite dessert she would make each Easter and Christmas…and was proud to share it with all! Antoinette may have seemed mild mannered, but she loved the thrill of amusement park rides, especially roller coasters! Her other interests included crafts, shopping, and of course, talking on the phone! She enjoyed music from the 1950’s and loved to dance!
But, her biggest love in life was her family. She is survived by her four children, 2 daughters-in-law, Marianne Walsh and Alison Walsh; 6 grandchildren…Brianne Parker, Brandon and Ethan Walsh, Patrick, Summer and Lily Walsh, and 2 great-grandchildren, Eli and Annabelle Parker.
Antoinette was loved by her family and many friends, and will live on in their hearts.
