Antonio N. Basilo

Antonio N. (aka Anthony G.) Basilo, 90, on April 15, 2009 of Bergenfield. Born in Fairview, he was a warehouse supervisor for Scholastic Magazine, Englewood Cliffs retiring in 1984 and a Marine Corps. Veteran of WWII. Beloved husband of the late Marie A. Devoted father of Patricia A. and her husband Timothy Maher, Thomas A. and his wife Patricia and the late George F. and his wife Mary. Dear brother of Louis. Loving grandfather of Jennifer Dauble, Christopher and Matthew Basilo, Kristen and Keri-Lynn Maher and Eric and Peter Basilo. Also 4 great grandchildren. The funeral will leave Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield on Saturday at 9:30AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10AM. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
