Barbara Ann Layne

"What we see will last only a short time; but what we cannot-see will last forever." Our life here is a short one, but our life with God will last for an eternity. This is so with Barbara Layne. She lived amongst us for a little while, and now she lives with our Lord forever. She is now perfect and beautiful, and there is no more pain nor traces of her sicknesses. Barbara Layne has gone to be with her creator, she went quietly and peacefully in her sleep. Barbara or "Boobay", as nick-named by her grandchildren, was the mother of Michele Verost, Dennis Layne, Denise Torres and Richard Layne, mother-in-law to John Verost, Richard Torres, Claudine Layne and Sabeca Layne, and beloved grandmother to Richard Joseph Torres, Samantha Michele Torres, Robert Catalino Torres, Dennis Robert Layne and Nicholas Joseph Layne. She was also survived by her long-time friends Dennis Layne and his wife Lisa Layne. She was a friend to many who have very fond memories of her and will miss her very much. We will miss you Boobay!!!
