Betty May Wamsley

Wamsley, Betty Day resided at 106 Anderson Ave., Bergenfield for the past 40 years. Born in the Village of Crayford, Kent, England, she was a dedicated teacher, newspaper editor and real estate agent. Betty is predeceased by her husband Francis X. Wamsley. She leaves three children, Christopher, David and Shawne, her son in law Dino and a brother Jerrold Day of England. Her dear friend Julie Ludwig was with Betty and family when she peacefully passed away on August 6, 2007. Funeral service at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield on Wednesday at 8:30 PM. Cremation will be private. The family will receive friends on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Northern Valley Adult Day Care Center or the Alzheimer's Charity of your choice.
