RIZZO, Carl J., Sr. on August 18, 2009 of Bergenfield. He was a US Army veteran and retired Staff Sergeant with the Army National Guard, Teaneck. Carl was an avid skeet shooter and firearms enthusiast. He was a clerk for the US Postal Service, Teaneck. Beloved husband of Arlene. Devoted father of Carl, Jr. and Marie Ludlam. Dear brother of Rosemary Miller, Carol Gerber and Joseph Rizzo. The funeral will leave Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 S. Washington Avenue, Bergenfield Saturday morning at 9 for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Memorial contributions to the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
