Charles A. Hofmann, Jr

Charles A. Hofmann, Jr., 52 on March 21, 2009 of Cliffside Park. Born in Teaneck, he was a Certified Public Accountant for many firms. A parishioner of St. Anastasia RC Church, he played on the parish softball team. He was a member of the Long Beach Island Surf Fishing Assoc. and volunteered for countless activities serving the Homeless. Beloved son of Dorothy E. and the late Charles A. Hofmann, Sr. Dear brother of Mary Grace Hofmann (and her Fiance Phil Baum), Betty (and her husband the late Harry) Buffin, Joe (and his wife Donna) Hofmann and the late Mary Hofmann. Adored uncle of Charles, Kelly, Joseph and Michael. The funeral will leave Petrik Funeral Home, 140 Palisade Ave., Bogota on Tuesday at 10:30AM for the Funeral Mass at St. Anastasia R.C. Church, Teaneck at 11AM. Cremation will be private. Visiting Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Anastasia R.C. Church or the American Cancer Society.
