Dawn Linda Switzer Yarmula, of Tenafly passed away on January 6, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Englewood she was a 5th grade Teacher at Hoover School in Bergenfield. She was voted as Teacher of the Year (District) in 2013. Devoted wife of Scott Yarmula. Beloved mother of Cooper Travis Yarmula. Cherished daughter of John A. Switzer and Jerillyn Switzer and her companion Richard Arsi. Granddaughter of Leo and the late Dorothy Cevasco and the late Margaret and Jack Switzer. Dear sister of Cassandra Raye Ojeda. Loving niece of Judith C. Grimm and Janice Gragnano. Visiting at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield on Thursday from 4-9 PM Bergenfield Volunteer Ambulance Corps. service at 8 PM with a funeral service at 8:30 PM. Cremation will be private.
