Dolores M. Verost

Dolores M. Verost, 94, born January 6, 1929 died June 11, 2023. Loving wife of the late Richard Verost. Beloved Sister to the late Lucille Meyer and John DeCarolis. Survived by her sons Richard and his wife Karen, John and his wife Michele, and grandchildren Richie and Kim. Dolores was a longtime Bergenfield resident. She worked for many years for the Bergenfield School System as a lunch mother at Franklin School. She has touched many hearts with her smile and her unconditional love, compassion, and care for everyone. Dolores is an icon and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Visiting Tuesday 4-9 PM at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield. All will gather at the funeral home on  Wednesday at 9 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10 AM. Entombment Garden of Memories Mausoleum, Township of Washington.
