Doris C. Nord

Doris C. Nord, 92, a lifelong resident of Bergenfield passed away on April 9, 2015. Devoted wife of the late Elmer Nord. Beloved mother of Jeanette L. Melius and her husband Philip and Philip B. Nord. Loving grandmother of Kristine Skiba and Daniel Melius and great grandmother of Joseph and Juliette Skiba. Dear aunt of Walter S. Landis, Jr. and Jean McMurtrey. Dear sister of the late Betty Landis. She was an active member of Clinton Avenue Reformed Church where she was a former Sunday School Teacher, member of the Mr. and Mrs. Club and the Women's Guild. Visiting on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield. All will gather at the funeral home on Monday at 9am for the Funeral Service at Clinton Avenue Reformed Church, Bergenfield at 10AM. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Endowment Fund of Clinton Avenue Reformed Church, 58 James St., Bergenfield, NJ 07621.
