Callahan, Dorothy E. (nee Howell) of Bergenfield formerly of Englewood died Tuesday, March 24, 2009. She was born May 20, 1915 in Troy, PA. Beloved wife of the late Timothy M. Callahan. Devoted mother of Patricia (Callahan) Wallner, Timothy and Michael Callahan. Loving grandmother of Andrew Callahan, Corinne (Callahan) McGuire, Michael Callahan, Denise (Callahan) Cheplick, Joseph Wallner, Maria (Wallner) Nappi and the late Brian Callahan. Cherished great grandmother of Brianne and Allison McGuire, Sean and Shannon Callahan, Parker Cheplick, Joseph and Daniel Wallner and Alyssa and Gianna Nappi. The funeral will leave Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield on Thursday at 9:30 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10 AM. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly, NJ. Visiting Thursday 8:30-9:30 AM.
