Dorothy K. Ferri (nee Klaiss), 88, born in Guttenberg, NJ, a life long resident of Bergenfield, NJ died on July 30 , 2008. Beloved wife of the late Stephen Ferri. Devoted mother of Dorothy Hulahan and her husband, Thomas, Karen Rabadan and her husband, Jack and Sandra Burns and her husband, Kevin. Loving grandmother of Stephen Rabadan and his wife, Poom, Andrew Rabadan and his wife, Rachel, Kevin Burns and Timothy Burns. She was predeceased by her brother, Edward Klaiss. Dorothy, formerly a teacher at the Marijude School, was a lunch mother at Washington School in Bergenfield and church secretary for St. Matthew's Lutheran Church where she worshipped her entire life. The funeral will leave Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield on Monday at 9:30AM for the Funeral Service at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Bergenfield at 10AM. Interment Geo. Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visiting Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Bergenfield Public Library.
