Edith Marie Halitis (nee Klix), 90, on May 13, 2011 of Bergenfield. Born in Jersey City, she was a Department Supervisor in Data Processing and a member of Clinton Avenue Reformed Church, Bergenfield. Devoted wife of the late George E. Halatis. Beloved daughter of the late Elsie and Henry Klix. Dearest cousin of Carol and her husband David Russell, their daughter Ann and her husband Justin Lafontaine and their children Sarah, Jacob and Anna and David and his wife Nancy Lamken, their children, Brian Lamken and Jenifer and her husband Ben Paul and her children, Elizabeth, Maya and Isaac. Funeral service at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield on Tuesday at 10AM. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visiting Monday 3-7PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Clinton Avenue Reformed Church, Bergenfield or the Food Bank, Englewood.
