Florence Manzo

Florence Manzo (nee Rodriguez), 101, on October 23, 2012 of Bergenfield. Devoted wife of the late Michael H. Manzo. Beloved mother of Denis H. and his wife Carol Manzo and the late Diane Maloof. Dear mother in law of Thomas Maloof. Loving grandmother of Michael and his wife Susan Maloof and Cynthia and her husband Jeffery Haas and great grandmother of Stefanie and Danielle Haas. Florence was an excellent homemaker and seamstress; and with her knitting and crocheting expertise, every new baby had to have an outfit and a blanket. She will always be fondly remembered for her wonderful ways with food and cakes and her absolute delight in the holidays and family parties and celebrations. In her 101 years, she touched many lives and was loved by all. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield. All will gather at the funeral home on Saturday at 9 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10 AM. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 5005 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Suite 250, Dallas, TX 75244.
