Born in the Philippines, he was a Judge for the Department of Justice in the Philippines. Beloved husband of Pacifica G. Operario (nee Geli). Devoted father of Ellen Ramos, Judith Jordan, Divina Factora, Flordeliza Avila, Katherine Gomez and Fortunato Operario, Jr. Loving grandfather of 13. The funeral will leave Riewerts Memorial home, 187 So. Washington Avenue, Bergenfield, NJ on Friday, September 25th at 9:30 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield, NJ at 10 AM. Cremation will be private.
