Harriet M. Schaefer

Harriet M. Schaefer 92 of Harrisburg, PA formerly of Bergenfield passed away on July 4, 2014. Devoted wife of the late Frank J. Schaefer. Beloved mother of Frank Schaefer and his wife Ruth, Jim Schaefer and his wife Rosemary, and Mary Mueck and her husband Ken. Loving grandmother of Laura Bridges, Michael Schaefer and his wife Beth, Justin Schaefer and his wife Stephanie, Marybeth Snyder and her husband Tim, Kenny Mueck and great grandmother of 6. She was born in Jersey City, NJ and resident of Bergenfield with her husband Frank for more than 50 years. During World War II she worked for the Benedix Corporation making radio components. Until her retirement she worked over 25 years for H.L. Green Co. Visiting at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield on Thursday 9:30-10:30 AM. Funeral service at the funeral home on Thursday at 10:30 AM. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
