James J. Casey

James J. Casey, 75, of Bergenfield died on January 5, 2014. Born in Bronx NY he was a Mechanic for ConEdison in New York, NY. He served in the US Navy and was a parishioner of St. John's Church. Devoted husband of Kathleen M. Casey (nee Gaynor). Beloved father of Mary Casey, Ann Mulligan and her husband John, Ellen Castaneda and her husband Al and Sean Casey and his wife Amy. Loving grandfather of Sean, Katie, Kevin, Daniel, Erin, Meaghan and Thomas. Dear brother of Kathleen Tiernan and her husband James. Visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield. All will gather at the funeral home on Thursday at 9 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10 AM. Interment George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Suite 800., Washington, DC 20004.
