Jean Pavlicek, 78, of Roselle, NJ died August 24, 2013. She was born December 8, 1934, the beloved daughter of the late Rose and Louis Pavlicek. She lived a great deal of her life in Little Ferry, Ridgefield Park and Roselle, NJ. Jean endured a life of many suffrages but she was known for her sweet and endearing ways with everyone. Jean lived her life by this quote "There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle." - Albert Einstein. She was predeceased by her brothers, William Pavlitschko, Raymond, Kenneth, Arthur & Frank Pavlicek and her sisters, Marie Cochrane, Ruth Bliss and Rose Karpizin. Surviving are her sister-in-law Thelma Pavlicek and many nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces. Visiting Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield. All will gather at the funeral home on Saturday at 8:30 AM for the Funeral Mass at Church of the Ascension in New Milford at 9:30 AM. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Hackensack.
