Joan A. Sciame

Joan A. Sciame 62 of Bergenfield passed away on March 12th, 2014. Devoted wife of Philip Sciame. Cherished sister of Daniel and Thomas Murphy. Beloved mother of Christopher, Michael, Stephen & Rebecca, and Kathleen. A skilled teacher for many years she considered her students as an extention to her family at St. Rose of Lima in Washington Heights, NY; St. Mary's in Dumont NJ; Children's Corner in Tenafly NJ; The Hudson Guild in Manhattan NY; and Future's Finest in Rochelle Park NJ. Visiting Saturday and Sunday 3-5 and 7-9 PM at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield. All will gather at the funeral home on Monday at 9 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The National Keratoconus Foundation.
