John T. Hickey

John (Tom) Hickey of Hackensack formerly Bergenfield passed away on December 25, 2018. Beloved husband of Lillian (Jill) Hickey. Loving father of Thomas Hickey and his wife Anne, Bridget Hickey, and James Hickey. Dear brother of Lawrence Hickey and the late Theresa Fahy and uncle to many nieces and nephews. John was an Installer for many years for Verizon and a member of the Democratic Club. Visiting Friday  3-8 PM at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield. All will gather at the funeral home on Saturday at 9 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10 AM. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St Jude Children’s Hospital stjude.org or the Alzheimer’s Association alz.org.
