Wexler, Katherine M., (nee: Ward), 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on August 1, 2008. Kay Wexler was retired from New American Library (Penguin, USA) and a former long time resident of Bergenfield, NJ. Reunited in death with her beloved husband Raymond. Loving mother of Karen Murphy and her husband Tim, Brian Wexler, Eileen Kirchhof and her husband John, Kathleen Pagan, Patrice Driscoll and her husband Bill and Daughter-In-Law Dorothy Wexler. Cherished Grandmother of Meghan and Tara Murphy, Joe, Steve and Ann Marie Wexler, Danielle and Sean Kirchhof, Samantha Pagan, Christine and Nicole Ghirardelli, and Colleen and Brendan Driscoll. Also, two wonderful Great-Grandchildren Mellany and Jacob Dillon. Also survived by Brother-In-Law John Wexler, Sister-In-Laws Lee and Genevieve Wexler and many nieces, nephew and cousins. The funeral will leave Riewerts Memorial Home , 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield on Friday at 8:30 AM for the Funeral Liturgy at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 9 AM with Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ. Visiting Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, 12902 Magnolia Drive, Tampa, Fl 33612 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
