Maisie K. McQueen

Maisie K. McQueen (nee MacDiarmid), 90, of Bergenfield died on April 25, 2011. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, she was a Film Slitter for Eastman Kodak, Fair Lawn retiring in 1977 and later a Cashier at Bergenfield High School and A&P, River Edge. She was a member of the Democratic Board of Elections and St. John's Golden Age Club. Predeceased by her husband John P. McQueen, she is survived by her children Colleen McQueen-Roe and John P. McQueen. She is also survived by grandchildren Christina and her husband Scott McNiff and great grandmother of Brittney and Scotty and nephew Joseph H. MacDiarmid, III. There was a Funeral Mass on Friday, April 29th at Church of the Ascension, New Milford. Interment L.I. National Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc., 400 Morris Ave., Denville, NJ 07834. Arrangements were made by Riewerts Memorial Home, Bergenfield.
