Mildred B. Garretson

Garretson, Mildred Barbara of Bergenfield, NJ passed away on March 2, 2007 after a long battle with emphysema. Millie or Bobbie as she was known to friends and family was born in Rosedale, NY on January 7, 1931. After a career in insurance and with the telephone company, she retired to Bergenfield, NJ. She is preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Brown and Helen Heimann and survived by her brother Craig and many nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved. Funeral service at Riewerts Memorial Home Inc., 187 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield, NJ on Tuesday at 8:00 PM. Cremation will be private. The family will receive friends on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your church or favorite charity.
