Patricia A. Huber

July 29, 1933 — April 10, 2025

Patricia (Miller) Huber died peacefully on April 10. She was 91. Born on July 29, 1933, in New York City, to William and Helen McGrory. Pat grew up in the lower east of Manhattan alongside her sisters Helen, Alice, Mary and Jean. Patricia married Frank Miller in 1952, and by 1957 they would move to Union City NJ to raise a family. In 1963 they moved to Dumont. Pat was a stay-at-home Mom, raising seven children. She always said that having children was the greatest gift, and we felt that in all the love and support she provided us. 

After her kids were raised, Pat worked at Color Plus in Bergenfield. She enjoyed working and had the opportunity to develop and organize hundreds of photos of her family. 

Pat would eventually meet her second husband Arnie, and they would marry in June of 1983. They would have a wonderful life together, until his passing in 2007. Pat enjoyed traveling with Arnie and spending time with her sisters and families. 

She loved the casinos, playing scratch offs, lottery, playing cards and going to Bingo. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren. “Gram” was full of love, life and energy. Though life was not easy for her, Pat always kept a positive outlook, and a kind and generous heart. Pat spent the last three years residing at the Ridgewood Center Nursing Home, where she was loved by many.

Beloved wife of the late Arnold Huber. Devoted Mother to Michael, Diane, Linda (Patrick Norton), Laura (Russ) Schwartz and Frank. Preceded in death by her son John and daughter Carol and son in law, Tom McKenna. Beloved grandmother to Dede and Paul, Eric, Adam, Melissa and Kiara. Preceded in death by her granddaughter Nicole. Dear sister to Mary and Jean. Beloved Aunt to many nieces and nephews, And a dear friend to many.
