Robert D. Boria

Robert D. Boria, 76, on November 23, 2011 of Bergenfield. Born in New York, NY he was a Draftsman for National Elevator, Queens, NY. A former member of the Naval Reserve, he later was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a former Coach for the Bergenfield Jr. Football League, the Bergenfield High School Football Team, a Coach and Umpire for Bergenfield P.A.L. Baseball and a member of the Bergenfield Recreation Committee. Devoted husband of Olga D. Boria (nee Timlin). Beloved father of Lorraine Sobota and her husband Theodore and Robert J. Boria and his wife Wendy. Cherished son of the late Mary and Anthony Boria. Dear brother in law of Loretta Shine and her husband Bill. Loving grandfather of Zachary and Caitlin Sobota and Casey Leigh and James Boria. Visiting Saturday and Sunday 2-6PM. All will gather at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield on Monday at 10AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 11AM. Interment Hackensack Cemetery, Hackensack.
