Rose J. Montesano

Montesano, Rose J., 86, on August 1, 2008, of Dumont. She was a parishioner of St. Therese RC Church in Cresskill, and formerly of St. Rocco RC Church in Union City, and a member of St. John's Seniors, Bergenfield and the local AARP chapter. For many years she was a retail saleswoman and store manager in Union City and Bergenfield. She was the wife of John Montesano, who died late last year, and the sister of Leonard Ricciardi, Nicholas Richardi and Victoria Epiceno, all of whom predeceased her. She is survived by her sons, Patrick and his wife Mary Regina Mannix (of Teaneck), and John and his wife Maureen (of Bloomfield); four wonderful grandchildren, Paul, Anne, Matthew and John Edward; her sister-in-law Jean Richardi; and many other dear in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The funeral will leave Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield on Mon., Aug. 4, at 10AM for the Funeral Mass at St. Therese R.C. Church, Cresskill at 10:30 AM.
