Ruth Thielemann of Dumont, NJ, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Woodcrest Nursing Home. She was 77. Ruth was born on November 8, 1935 in Hackensack, NJ, the second daughter of the late Alfred Ebhardt of Hackensack, NJ and Edna Brady of Rochelle Park, NJ. Ruth was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She overcame many obstacles and heartaches during her life. She was a fighter right to the end. She is going to be sorely missed. She is survived by her daughters, Ruth Thielemann Frens, of New Hampton, NY, Brenda Naysmith of Toms River, NJ and Lynn Thielemann of Hamburg, NJ. Sons, Eddie of Virginia, Bobby of Utica, NY and Glenn of Paterson, NJ. Sister Joyce of Florida and brother Donnie of Florida. 15 grandchildren, Jennifer, Sean, Michelle, Lauren, Nicole, Brian, Thomas, Felicia, Jessica, Michael, Eddie, Melissa, Erika, Jonathan and Bradley. Great grandchildren, Jaiden, Symone, Christopher and Dominick. She is predeceased by her husband Edwin, mother Edna, daughter Mary, sister Jean, brother Billy and son-in-law Victor. The family would like to thank the nurses, staff and Hospice at Woodcrest Nursing Home, for their loving care. In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice. Visiting at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service at the funeral home on Friday at 10 AM followed by interment at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
