Saverio DePinto, 75, on December 17, 2007 of Oakland formerly of Bergenfield. Born in Molfetta, Italy, he served in the Italian Navy. He was the owner of Clara Fashions, Inc. Jersey City until 1995 and was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Church. Beloved husband of Ottavia DePinto (nee Salvemini). Loving son of Ottavia DePinto. Devoted father of Viana (and her husband Roy) Hoskins, Maryann (and her husband Gary) Blanda and Joann (and her husband Stephen) Raczkowski. Dear brother of Vincent DePinto. Loving grandfather of Maryam Javadi, Melissa Blanda and Nicholas Raczkowski. The funeral will leave Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield on Thursday at 9:30AM for the Funeral Liturgy at St. John the Evangelist Church, Bergenfield at 10AM. Entombment at Garden of Memories Mausoleum, Twp. of Washington. The family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Valley Hospital, Ridgewood.
