W. Frank Kearney

W. Frank Kearney, 78, on November 15, 2010 of Pompton Plains formerly of Bergenfield. Born in Port Jervis, NY, he was the Manager of Riewerts Memorial Home, Bergenfield from 1960 to 1967 and was the Owner and Manager from 1967-1990., Past President of Bergen County Funeral Directors Assoc., a member of the NJ State Funeral Directors Assoc. and the National Funeral Directors Assoc. He was a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in West Virginia 1992-1998. A member of the First Presbyterian Church of Ramsey, he served 4 yrs. on General Assembly Council of the Presbyterian Church, (USA) Congregational Ministries Division, active in the Palisades Presbytery and served as a consultant for Stewardship, Mission Funding and Mission Interpretor, former Moderator and Stewardship Chairman of Shenandoah Presbytery, Virginia. Husband of Betty Henshaw Kearney. Father of Philip H. Kearney. Brother of Doris Williams and Jean Beckwermert. Grandfather of Luke W., Bennett W. and Anja Elizabeth Kearney. Funeral Service at the First Presbyterian Church of Ramsey, 15 Shuart Lane, Ramsey on Thursday at 8PM. Interment Edge Hill Cemetery, Charles Town, WV. Visiting at the church 7-8PM.
