Wahl, Walter D., 84, on December 3, 2007 of Cresskill formerly of Bergenfield. Born in Englewood, he was an operating Engineer for Local 14 and 14B, Operating Engineers, Queens, NY, a Navy Seabees Veteran of WWII and a member of Bergenfield Memorial Post #6467 VFW. Beloved husband of the late Monica J. Wahl (nee: Crawford). Devoted father of Lillian K. White (her husband Harry), Shirley A. Orbach (her husband Shawn) and Walter F. Wahl (his wife Brenda). Cherished grandfather of eight, great grandfather of thirteen and great great grandfather of one. Funeral service at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield on Friday at 10:30AM. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. The family will receive friends on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Valley Hospice, 15 Essex Rd., Paramus, NJ 07652.
