William Richard Whitteaker

William R. Whitteaker, 73, on May 12, 2011 of Wantage formerly of Bergenfield. Born in Teaneck, he was a Meat Broker with Ed Whitteaker Foods, New York, NY. A Marine Corps. Veteran, he was a member of the Marine Corps League, GOONEY BIRD Detachment 434, New Milford. Devoted husband of the late Arline Whitteaker. Beloved father of Linda Mary Whitteaker-Hanson and her husband Steven Robert, William Rodney Whitteaker and his wife Samiah Cadiz and Edwin Gregory Whitteaker. Dear brother of Dolores Rockefeller and Veronica Gansel. Loving grandfather of Liam Michael and Grace Elisabeth Whitteaker and Erik Whitteaker-Hanson. All will meet at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield on Tuesday, May 17th at 10AM for the Funeral Mass at St. Therese R.C. Church, Cresskill at 11AM. Cremation will be private. Visiting Monday 4-8PM.
